What is BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy)?
BWRT® is a form of psychotherapy introduced in 2013 by Terence Watts. It is designed to produce rapid and effective results by working with the way the brain processes information. This therapy often reduces the number of sessions required to address various issues.
-
How does BWRT® differ from traditional therapy methods?
Unlike traditional therapies, BWRT® focuses on the brain's natural processes to create change without the need for extensive discussion of past events. It utilizes the brain's inherent mechanisms to recondition responses, often leading to quicker resolutions.

BWRT® can address a wide range of issues, including:

-
What should I expect during a BWRT® session?

-
How many sessions will I need to see results?
The number of sessions required varies depending on the individual and the issue being addressed. However, BWRT® is known for producing rapid results, with some clients experiencing significant improvements in just a few sessions.
-
Is BWRT® suitable for children and adolescents?
BWRT® can be adapted for various age groups, including children and adolescents. It's essential to consult with a qualified practitioner to determine the appropriateness of BWRT® for a specific individual.
-
Are the effects of BWRT® long-lasting?
